These toilets on the Eastbound side of the M62 have got to rank as some of the filthiest in the UK.The toilet roll cover is in exactly the same place it was when I visited a week previous. There is usually toilet roll on the floor, it stinks of pee and its altogether unpleasant. A charming addition is the bin being placed under the hand dryer which sends used paper over the place when on. Mmmmmm. Surely Shell can spare a small sum from their $32 billion profit to do a little make over and buy a couple of toilet ducks!
