Usually excellent but seems to have gone downhill. Always expensive, food quality, service and cleanliness poor yesterday.

Ridiculously expensive but a lovely service station. If you aren't carrying a million pounds I'd go to another place. It's a shame, because the facilities and staff are excellent.

Very nice, perfect welcome staff. And a real family feel too, my children loves the play area and the staff was so nice and so helpful.Just wish there was parking for mother and babies, I know it silly but their are mum's that drives alone on motorways with children. Other then that I going back again real soon

Fantastic - why aren't all services like this. The food was, maybe, a bit on the pricey side but it was very good! The building is rather beautiful - lots of wood and even a grass roof - the whole thing blended into the surrounding landscape. The farm shop was excellent and there was a good range of gifts. May do my Christmas shopping there! There was even a proper bowl of water for dogs to drink from - instead of the usual used margarine plastic box. Well done Gloucester.

If you thing that services like Moto or Welcome Break or Roadchef are expensive then you ain't visited this one.... £8.99 for a paninni?? Only because it bring a little tiny bit of side salad... you must be having a laugh.... definitely avoiding this in the future.... Might be new and looking very good but who is paying for all of it??? yes US the visitors.... for the same price of that paninni i could have got 2 meals in Mcdonalds at Roadchef or Burger King at Moto.....AVOID AVOID AVOID

A haven for any jaded motorway user. All the usual necessities, and a lot more, are generously provided for in a welcoming fashion in a delightfully planned surroundings. There is first class food to eat in or take away, and an enticing farm shop. I usually travel 5 miles off a motorway to avoid service stations; it would be worth a long detour on the M5 for the pleasure of visiting this one. My one regret in writing this is that it may become inundated by unappreciative hoards who actually prefer the insulting commercial trash provided by the large chains who predominate in British service stations.
