Visited to buy magazines. First and very last time. Service appalling. One man trying to service a long queue. At one time, 8 in queue and apart from man, two females busying themselves behind the counter, ignoring the queue despite a lot of comments. Is this customer service. NO. Paid £19 for mags and got "d'yuwannabag" Perhaps some training and customer service wouldn't go amiss. A disgrace.

firstly I stayed at the Travelodge next door and was woken at 4-30 am by a driver delivering to the M&S next door for ober a hour just leaving his engine ticking over and the fridge on his fridge trailer constantly running has he was delivering I am sure he could quite easily have turned of his engine and fridge motor, I got a burger king next door after deciding the prices in M&S was way above the normally inflated prices of service stations but the burger king was nearly has bad has the rest of this service station staff more intent on talking with each other than serving has such a huge queue soon built up if it hadn't been for the fact I had just come froma long journey to spain and had delivered up in sunderland I would have walked out of the place I have to say the was the worst experience I have had in a service area, the problem is they have a captive audience but I for one will investigate the fact of seeing if a better service can be obtained within that area and pass on this information to other people that are likely to suffer tha same has what I did at your servicesStephen waldenFelixstowe courier services

Don't bother stopping here. Drive on as shortly after going west we past a couple of farm shops / cafe and a nice looking pub which would surely be better than Scotch Corner. Parking useless, dirty, couldn't cope with crowds (service, circulation space, loos).

Poor parking facilities, Very slow service inside, not the cleanest of places and highly inflated prices. Avoid it!

Clean site, friendly service in the shop. BK not open when I arrived (9.30am) but breakfast being served in the restaurant.
As with all services prices were inflated, but my main issue would be with the car parking on the left of the main building. Dark and tree lined, so whether I'd want to leave my car there after dark is questionable. Overall a positive experience.

Visited here first Dec 2007 found it to be very good, had a lovely Little Chef breakfast. Stopped here again in Sept 2008 and was disappointed to find Little Chef had been replaced with a Costa Coffee! Most disappointed.

I don't remember a Cafe Ritazza ever opening here - at my last stop late last year the cafe was still a 'Cafe Nescafe'. No more, I gather, as this has been one of the first Moto areas to gain a Costa Coffee outlet.

This is a dirty hell hole and needs the enviromental health to check it out

Very poor service and very expensive. The "fast food facility" was the slowest dirtiest most disorganised experience I have ever had. Over priced and the poor motorist is suitably mugged by this roadside highwayman! Stopped on several occassions so its not a one off experience.

Fantastic stop for Caravans. Stay in the right hand land for Caravan Parking. Loads of space for twin axle vans and for fuel
