I am writing to commend Miss Kirsty Price of Waitrose for her honesty. I lost my ring there on Saturday 2nd Aug and when I returned on Monday, 4th to try and see if someone had found it, I was immediately told by the manager, Miss Emma Bradley, that the ring had indeed been found by Miss Price who had handed it in without any hesitation. I am so relieved and very grateful to both Miss Price and Miss Bradley for re-uniting me with this precious ring, which was a gift from my husband over 30 years ago. Once again many thanks.

I travel from hertfordshire to anglesey twice a year its a long drive five hrs with half hr break.i usually have the two boys with me and we stop here just over half way the.place is always clean and relaxed but it needs a little kids play area so they can let of steam etc..

I was due to meet someone at Telford Services. Accident on A5 meant they were late. I stayed just over two hours and face a £60 fine. I will crawl over broken glass before coming back to your service station. This is beyond greed.

My friend stopped at your services on the way to and from the South Wales Championship show and was photographed once on each visit and the parking company claim she stayed there all day - I suggest they check their cameras for the short time around both of her visits. I have sent the e-mail below to them directly but it certainly will put other dog show exhibitors from stopping at your services if they are treated in this way.
In reference to the above case I attended SWKA championship show at Builth Wells Showground and can confirm that Mrs Jane Wild was there showing her dog, in fact it gained its third CC and mad it a champion. I can also confirm that her car was parked within the showground as she has a distinctive number plate and I noticed it as I walked to the ring where I sat next to her for the duration of the showing as she had saved me a place.
I am happy to appear in Court and swear on oath so please feel free to contact me if you wish to take this to court.

Parking Eye do NOT issue "fines". Only Police & Councils can issue fines.What Parking Eye send you is a de facto speculative Invoice. I work at a services and always tell people to ignore these "Parking Charge Notices" . Do an internet search on Parking Eye or similar companies and you will see what I mean!! They rely on scaring people into paying inflated charges and increasing them when you don't pay up first time. They rarely take any further action and if they do, they can only recoup the original parking charge of a few quid or whatever it is for 2 hours.

Hi. Service Area is absolutely great. I use it regularly, however, one thing though to be aware of, DO NOT stay longer than 2 Hours unless you buy a Car Park Ticket. I was working with a colleague, laptops open, buying refreshments from starbucks, and PARKINGEYE (bless them) slapped a £60 fine on me because I had been in the Services 2 1/2 Hours. Absolutely furious. My colleague, he also had a £60 fine for his car, but as his was a Hire Car, the Hire Company gave him an extra £25 for administration. So, £145 for 2 x regular customers. I will use this Service Area because it's brilliant, however, I wont be staying anywhere near the 2 hours again. PARKINGEYE get a life..!!

i followed the direction signs from the M54 eastbound turning left at the roundabout,and ended up on a road to nowhere. i don't know how far from the motorway the service area is,but with no sign of you i had to turn around and get back on the motorway. i was at coventry before i found another service area.what a country!

Took a comfort break & to check maps en route to Shrewsbury.
Very impressed, never used this MSA before but would certainly take a break here again. Good selection of food and prices not too bad. Very clean amd well laid out. Not too busy either which mdae the stop more relaxing.

Briefly, I lived in Birmingham. The process of moving my things was slow and painful, leading to many dashes in the rain across the car park at Telford Services to the inside to buy an overpriced ploughmans' sandwich, a copy of 'The Guardian' and two packets of Scampi Fries for a ludicrous sum, often eating into several banknotes. These runs from the rain would be much better if there was an actual pavement leading to the overflow parking area rather than a bed of messy gravel and a scramble up a ridiculously steep slope.
As I am not Indiana Jones, I would take no pleasure from ever visiting again.

These services are fine, usually visit 3-4 times a year over the past couple of years. Usually not too busy, not too large, clean and a relaxed atmosphere about the place. Only trouble I did have once was that the Burger King was inundated with clients and service was slow - unusual.

Good facilities on-site (Travellodge, Burger King, WH Smith etc). Clean toilets.
Only problem is slow staff.

this is a wierd littles Services a bit like sume of the Freantch ones.
But they are mutch nicer

Love this place, its a welcome relief on my way from Lincoln to Aberystwyth once a month. Taps are a nice temperature, and do that bubbly water thing. The prices are favourable compared to other service stations, especially ones on the M6 and M1. Its never been really busy either.
