We all know that petrol is at a premium when filling up at motorway services but pretty much Â£1.30 a litre is taking the complete mickey out of motorists. Will not be making that mistake again!

Had a wonderful stop at Warwick services, everything clean, lovely outdoor areas and good choice of shops/food inside (including three Starbucks - a coffee lovers dream!). Don't believe the negative comments; we saw no rats, there was sample disabled parking and all staff were friendly and attentive.
Highly recommended 9.5/10.

They will rip you off if you stop for over 2 hours. I was travelling alone so by the time I got a coffee, comfort break and had a snooze I was at 2.5 hours (7 hour journey). A week later came a parking ticket for Â£60. No consideration for single drivers needing to take a safety stop. Pull off and spend your money off-motorway.

Rats in the car park in broad daylight. Doesn't say much about the management of refuse and/or vermin control. Which then makes one wonder about other aspects of management such as food hygiene etc..
I also wondered if It is too far from the local council offices for the Environmental Health Officer to visit

Visited here several weeks ago and tried to find a disabled space to park in, disgusted to find that half the spaces that used to be available have been turned over to electric car charging points, none of which were in use, why do they need to be near the building, I was forced to park in a Parent and child spot because they were near the building as well!!!! otherwise we would have had to leave and spend our money at the next services, DISABLED PEOPLE HAVE PROBLEMS WALKING THATS WHY WE HAVE A BLUE BADGE

Stopped here 01 December 2014 during the afternoon in an HGV artic. Told today 09 December 2014 that my employer has recieved a fine for excess time on the services which had spare capacity the whole time I was there. I didn't get out of my cab so I didn't see any notices. As an agency driver I usally just get the job done but I was three hours early for my next pick up in Banbury.I thought it better to park on the services it seems in these money orientated days I was wrong. I usally have no reason to use service areas and this attitude does not encourage me to do so in the future. What happend to words of advice from a human being or are the opertors afraid to come and speak to you. Nat a happy bunny.

I stopped at this service station on rout to heathrow airport to drop of some friends and the outside picknick area was infested with rats running around the tables totally unafraid of the public. I reported this to two rubbish bin operatives who didn't seem to care.

Burger King staff were extremely rude. I stopped here at 8pm on 11th May & was told my slightly ripped Ã‚Â£5 note could not be accepted by a rude male member of staff. I was served at Waitrose fine. The note should have been accepted.

Just tried to get hot food at these services just after 10pm everything is shut and cleaned up! Perhaps instead of saying when things open they should concentrate on telling people you can't get it after 10!

After a long and difficult Sunday evening journey from the north I thought it wise to stop in my motorhome for a FEW HOURS after being fined last time for overstaying the two hours by 40 minuites I went to purchase a car park ticket and was informed that motorhomes were now catoragised the same as a heavy goods vehicle and would be charged Ã‚Â£21 !!.. this is outragous greed on the part of the management...twice the going rate for a campsite where facilities are laid on. Ã‚Â£21 for a few hours in a rat infested lorry park!!! is obscene !!

Overall, not bad. Food OK, Starbucks & Waitrose on site always a bonus. However, lack of baby change facilities was not good. The baby change in the Ladies' was out of order and the one in the disabled toilet was in use for a long time by an obviously non-disabled man with a queue of at least 3 people wanting to change babies. Ironically, I saw an employee wearing a t-shirt saying that they were proud to be in partnership with Children in Need. There were certainly a few children in need (of clean nappies) tonight with nowhere to change them. Why have changing stations in toilets anyway? For somewhere supposedly baby friendly, it would make more sense to have a room with baby changing and no toilet?

Toilets in the garage were in a disgusting state. Totally appalling! When informed cashier, he was completely dis-interested and boardering on rude. Very embarrassing for welcome break. Can you please inform me of your policy on toilet cleaniness and action when not upheld.

I travel down the M40 on a regular basis to Heathrow with clients and always stop here for choice. In my experience, this is one of the best Welcome Break Service areas in the country. The hot food is better presented and served than in most, but most noticeable is the friendly welcome from the staff. Despite what you read below, the toilet facilities are modern and generally spotless. Well done!

My husband is disabled and partially sighted. We were disgusted to find that the only disabled toilet that we could find was also the baby changing facility. There was a very long queue and eventually, we had to ask a gentleman to guide him into the regular gents as he could not see his way. This was very embarassing for him as he then had to ask someone to quide him out. Surely it is not to much to expect a designated disabled toilet, or perhaps there is one hidden away?.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the welcome break over the past weekend, we found the staff in Days Inn were generally friendly and had a comfortable room. However the lack of hot water did cause a few problems. The main issue we had is going to KFC, we ordered, sat down and when we opened the food, one piece was undercooked and pink. When my boyfriend took it back to the counter he wasn't given an appology. I am appalled by the rudeness of the staff and slightly concerned about the standards of food served here.

By Welcome Break standards, this place is actually pretty good: clean, quick service, friendly staff. However, I do wish to complain about the burger I recently bought from the Burger King on site. I've visited BKs up and down the country and always received great-tasting food from them. However, the Whopper I bought here was disgusting. I bit into it and waited for the taste to come, but it never did. It really was like eating a piece of dry wall. At the cost of Ã‚Â£5, I was expecting better food than this and see it as a complete rip-off that you have to pay high prices for rubbish food. Sort it out!

I usually call in this service area early in the morning (about 7 am) enroute to Southampton, this being about half way along my route. At this time of the morning, the food is usually cold (advertised as Hot)and is vastly over priced.

I hear tell that there is some kind of service road which allows you to drive from WS south to WS north, directly? Anyone heard of this? At the moment to pick my kids up from their dad at Warwick North (I'm coming from Birmingham), I have to drive past WS southbound, go to Gaydon, exit there, rejoin the motorway and then get into WS northbound. Is there a way to nip across directly via some kind of service road, if so, does anyone know where it is??!!!! this would cut out extra time and miles if there is one. If anyone knows please please email me!

My husband is a courier and uses motorway accomodation frequently. On the two occaisions that he has stayed at Warwick, once Northbound last year and Southbound last night, he has had his van broken into, losing an iPod, a stereo and, laughably, a scratchcard worth Ã‚Â£1. They will break into and damage your vehicle at the slightest opportunity - parasites. This has to be a regular occurance on these sites -it has no CCTV, very little police presence and a couldn't care less attitude by the staff. Having given Warwick a second chance, I think it unlikely that it will get a third!

I have been ill in bed for the past week since eating KFC at Warwick Services Southbound.
If you do not want to get Campylobacteriosis then do not eat here, it is the worst case of food poisoning I have ever encountered and even a strong course of anti-biotics have not helped to get this germ under control.

I called into your Northbound services at Warrick today 18th july 2007 at about 2pm, I called into the main building, I called into the shop to purchase a sandwich for lunch, I was appalled to find a cockroard among the sandwiches, I did notify one of your shop staff, needless to say I did not purchase any food from this shop, I feel that your standards should be better.

My Husband, Sister in Law & myself visited these services on the morning of 22/06/2007. We found the place very clean, the food good and the toilets were clean and well looked after. The staff were very friendly, helpful & polite. Will visit again when we are in the area. We can recommend it.

I found Warwick services relaxing and useful. They have a wide range of foods and a good size shop. The toilets however, were disgusting and unclean.

Having realised the toilets must have been past the sell by date they must have decided to refurbish and put temporary ones in place; two huts for gents and two for ladies. The gents come first and may as well not have an outer door, anyone walking to the ladies will have a clear side-view of anyone peeing into a urinal. Many ladies walking past the first gents headed straight into the second gents, oops.
Oddly, a chap could be arrested for exposing himself, but here it was unavoidable, somewhat embarassing to a waiting family member.

I visited the gents toilets yesterday evening. They were disgusting. The whole place smelt of stale urine, half of the washbasins were out of order, and only one of the hand driers worked.

Totally ludicrous caravan area. Impossible to get out unless you are the only occupant. Once exiting you can not then get to fuel without going the wrong way round the lorry park! Definitely one to miss in the future.

Clearly signed area for CARAVANS ONLY. The only thing was you couldn't get a caravan in there for cars. I had to unhitch my caravan to get out. Who ever thought up this area for caravans was having a laugh. I won't be using those services again.

have been calling here 3,4 times /week for 2years at varying times of day and evening.Recently,I have been greeted by a troupe of rats by the 1st bush/ shrub at the car spur entry to the main customer car park. oh! this is the south bound services.Secondly, how delightful the beautiful bouquet of urine eminating from the gents toilet is.It infiltrated my lungs suggestivly near the entrance to the loo's to a full blown gasp of putrified air whilst visiting. may I recommend FRAGRANT CRISTALS, perminantly in the troughs which would only cost the profit on a couple of cups of coffee. DO TRY THE EXPERIENCE I,A CUSTOMER RECOMMEND THIS. Actually I was going to stop a little while this evening for a drink and a break, but the initial intake of foul air caused me to be violently sick this evening in your toilets, maybe next time it would make more sense and for hygienes sake to pee with the rats. outside at the first bush at the spur to the main customer car park,seems a classic case of managementuntil there needs some managing to be done.Best wishes PG.

Expensive but good sandwiches. Can be very hot and crowded. Staff not always helpful, there are long queues. At night, you are GUARANTEED to see several rats in the car park! OOO!
